Kandy Clayton, Broker/Owner, Marketing Specialist. Kandy believes that, to be the best in real estate or in any other endeavor, you must give 100%, have a genuine interest in people and their best interests and believe that hard work and integrity go hand in hand.  

Kandy believes in these philosophies and has over 14 years of real estate experience. Her main goal is to "Help Build Wealth Through America . . . One Home At A Time." "It would be my extreme honor to serve you and help you fulfill your personal goals".  

Kandy specializes in re-sale properties together with investments for those looking to increase their personal portfolio. She has a keen eye that allows her to realize why a home hasn’t sold in the past and works diligently to advise and counsel her clients to get their home sold for the highest price possible in the timeframe that meets her clients’ needs. Kandy also specializes in distressed property sales and represents many clients in their foreclosed homes (REO Sales) and pre-foreclosures (Short Sales). 

Kandy has carefully selected a team of real estate professionals to help serve you to the highest of standards. "We look forward to being of service". 

Additionally, Kandy also is a Real Estate Coach for the renowned Coaching & Consulting Company Corcoran Consulting & Coaching. The Corcoran real estate client list looks like a "who's who" in the real estate industry, full of top producing real estate agents and real estate brokers across North America and Canada. 

In her spare time, she loves to fish! People are always a little shocked by this fact, but it's one of her passions. Gardening is another place you'll find her clearing her thoughts and getting in touch with nature. And, of course, traveling with her family is something she can never get enough of.  

Dean Clayton, Operations Manager. Dean's background is in the management and operations of a Fortune 500 Company. Dean obtained his Real Estate license and joined Kandy in her business in 2001.  

My goal was to help Kandy venture out on her own, while taking some of the financial responsibilities away from her. I take joy in making sure that Kandy and her agents are able to serve their clients to the greatest of their ability, fill in where needed and manage all of the computer and financial responsibilities that arise in the day-to-day operations of our business. In my opinion, you will not find a more fine tuned, well ran and more professional bunch in the industry.  

Destiny Clayton-Besner, Client Care Coordinator & Buyer Specialist. I am so excited to have joined this team and to be a part of the Real Estate profession. My number one goal is to make sure that all our clients are 110% satisfied with my service and the service of the team. If any problems do occur, I make sure they are remedied immediately. I enjoy working with people and I love assisting them through their home buying experience.
